CUSTOMIZATION & SUBSTITUTIONS

All rental items are custom-designed for each event. Fauxever Blooms reserves the right to substitute floral varieties, greenery, containers, or materials due to availability, seasonality, or quality standards. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the agreed-upon color palette and design intent.

Fauxever Blooms shall not be held liable for staining, color transfer, or residue caused by dyed or treated floral materials.

PAYMENTS

Fauxever Blooms offers the following payment options:

• 25% Retainer Fee of total amount (Non-Refundable) must be submitted with all orders. Retainer Fees will be deducted from total amount.

All payment arrangements must be approved at time of booking.

The final balance is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP

Rental pricing includes delivery, professional setup, and pickup within twenty (20) miles of Ellijay, Georgia, with standard pickup completed no later than 9:00 PM.

Late pickup fees apply as follows:

12:00 AM $300

When venue access allows, Fauxever Blooms may coordinate next-day pickup at its discretion; however, this is not guaranteed.

Deliveries outside the included service area will incur a charge of $1 per mile (round trip).

SETUP LOCATION & TRANSFERS

Rental pricing includes setup at one (1) location only. Any transfer of rental items between locations (including ceremony-to-reception moves) requires prior approval and will incur an additional transfer fee.

Due to the size, complexity, and insurance requirements of our installations:

• Only Fauxever Blooms personnel are authorized to handle, move, disassemble, or reassemble rental items.

• Any unauthorized handling voids liability protections and may result in additional charges.

PRODUCT HANDLING & LIABILITY

Rental items must not be left outdoors overnight or exposed to inclement weather. Arches, backdrops, and floral pieces may not be placed in rain or severe weather conditions.

If adverse weather is anticipated, Fauxever Blooms reserves the right to retrieve items early to prevent damage.

The Client accepts full financial responsibility for:

• Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear

• Failure to return rental items in original condition

Fauxever Blooms reserves the right to charge up to two (2) times the rental value to the payment method on file for damaged, missing, or unrecoverable items.

DÉCOR COORDINATION & VENUE LIMITATIONS

To ensure design integrity, all décor elements should be coordinated with Fauxever Blooms. We are not responsible for the appearance, placement, or compatibility of third-party décor.

The Client is responsible for confirming that their venue permits and accommodates Fauxever Blooms’ installations. No refunds will be issued due to undisclosed venue restrictions, access limitations, or space constraints.

CANCELLATIONS & RETAINERS

A minimum of ninety (90) days’ written notice is required for any cancellation consideration.

All retainers are non-refundable and secure the event date, planning time, and inventory allocation. If a partial refund is approved at our discretion, it will exclude:

• Retainers

• Processing fees

• Design, planning, and customization already completed

In the event of a tragedy, fire, pandemic, or other emergency, Fauxever Blooms will transfer the retainer to a mutually agreed-upon future date at no additional charge.

ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
